"The temperature is above normal by 12-14 degrees in the north of Yakutia and in Kamchatka above the norm next week," TASS quoted Vilfand as saying.

The specialist clarified that even with such a positive anomaly, the maximum values, for example, in the north of Yakutia, are from zero to minus four degrees.

Also next week in the regions of the Northwestern and Central Federal Districts (Northwestern Federal District and Central Federal District), abnormally cool weather is predicted, one or two degrees below normal.

Earlier, Vilfand said that in the European part of Russia from Thursday, October 15, the pre-winter season begins.
