A woman in her 40s for sexual harassment, including touching the body of a male surrogate driver several times, was sentenced to prison.
Judge Kim Ryong, who was solely responsible for Criminal 4 of the Cheongju District Law, said that today (24th), 47-year-old A, who was imprisoned for forced harassment, was sentenced to two years of probation in June.
Deputy Judge Kim explained in the ruling, "The sentence was decided in consideration of the fact that he had not been forgiven by the victims and had a history of probation on charges of harassment in public places in the past."
Mr. A was handed over to trial on June 2 at about 10 pm for forcibly harassing Mr. B, the 27-year-old driver of his vehicle in Ochang-eup, Cheongwon-gu, Cheongju.
Mr. A was found to have touched Mr. B's body several times, saying, "I'll give you more money, so let's touch it."
