A shooting near

Temple University

in

Philadelphia

has left five people injured on Wednesday, two in extremely critical condition.

University police have arrested the suspect in the shooting, a university spokesperson told WPVI-TV.

The victims are three women, aged 20 and 21, and two men, aged 28 and 59, the station reports.

The university believes that neither was a student at the center.

The 28-year-old man was shot 14 times and is in extremely critical condition at an area hospital.
