The third qualifying round of the Europa League did not turn out to be a particularly dramatic story.

Already after four minutes, Isaac Kiese Thelin threw his foot into the penalty area and guided Sören Riek's pass into goal.

"Very satisfied"

The same Kiese Thelin made it 2-0 twelve minutes later, again played by Rieks, and barely a quarter of an hour later Adi Nalic pushed in 3-0 Jo Inge Berget's pass (after a fine effort by Sören Rieks).

- I am very happy with our game.

We grabbed it right away, Isaac Kiese Thelin told Viaplay after the first half.

Cannon shot by Larsson

If Lokomotiva Zagreb had any hope of making a comeback in the second half, that hope probably died pretty quickly.

After just under seven minutes of play, Eric Larsson got on a cannon hit from about 20 meters - straight up in the left cross.

- It sits nicely in the distance, so it was a nice feeling, he says to Viaplay.

In the end, it was 5-0, after Sören Rieks scored the last goal of the match.

"The chances are very good"

In the final qualifying round, Malmö will now face the winner between Spanish Granada and Georgian Lokomotiv Tblisi.

- We have a home advantage, so the chances are very good.

The game we show today and the game we showed in the Allsvenskan give us good opportunities, says Eric Larsson.
