An emergency at TPP-3, owned by Norilsk Nickel, happened on May 29.
The head of Rosprirodnadzor, Svetlana Radionova, said that the rehabilitation of the environment after a diesel spill in Norilsk, according to preliminary estimates of scientists, will take from five to ten years.
