After driving about 30 meters away, the driver of the Toyota car turned around and went retrograde in front of the Volkswagen car, threw a bottle of mineral water on the car again, and then drove away from the scene.

  At 20 o'clock in the evening on the 31st, the Seventh Brigade of Guangxi Highway Traffic Police and the Fangcheng Brigade of the Traffic Police Detachment of Fangchenggang City Public Security Bureau deployed a card to arrest the man involved in the case.

  According to Wu's account, he thought that the ETC of the vehicle in front would pass through the toll booth in order to save 15 yuan tolls. The purpose of blocking the license plate was to prevent the traffic police from checking it. Annoyed into anger.

  Subsequently, in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the Road Traffic Safety Law, the driver Wu Mou’s illegal act of reversing on the highway was deducted 12 points and a fine of 200 yuan; the illegal act of deliberately obstructing the number plate was deducted 12 points and a fine of 200 yuan; total 24 points, 400 yuan fine.
