In the tide of digital transformation, cloud computing technology is one of the important driving "engines".

"It has become a common trend to build a new generation of digitally transformed information technology infrastructure in the form of cloud access," said Ni Guangnan, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and a researcher at the Institute of Computing Technology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.

The Xinfu Cloud Innovation Summit with the theme of "Everything Can Be Cloud" was held recently, and many experts jointly imagined the "world on the cloud".

From single cloud to multiple clouds

Ni Guangnan believes that, affected by the diversification of market demand, with the continuous improvement of information security requirements, the cloud computing market will not be dominated by a single form of cloud in the future.

"More and more companies will tend to adopt hybrid cloud and multi-cloud solutions. The entire cloud platform includes public clouds, private clouds, dedicated clouds, managed clouds, and so on."

Talking about the cloud computing industry, Ni Guangnan pointed out that compared with the top international level, China's information industry still has a certain gap in the industrial ecosystem and some key technologies.

In the future, we must rely on the power of industrial synergy and use ecological capabilities to make up for shortcomings, so that China's information technology industry can truly gain better competitiveness in the global market.

Regarding how companies build the core competitiveness of digital transformation, Wu Lianfeng, Vice President/Chief Analyst of IDC Consulting (Beijing) Co., Ltd. predicts that the next 5 years will be the golden age of digitalization and digital economy development, and building the core competitiveness of digital transformation is the future enterprise The key to development.

Wu Lianfeng put forward six suggestions for the digital transformation of enterprises, namely: adopt a systematic thinking framework, adopt cloud-native technologies as soon as possible, choose appropriate cloud deployment methods, set aside sufficient cloud deployment budgets, develop and apply cloud computing KPIs, and learn from cloud application best practices .

He believes that, as an emerging cloud service model, managed cloud has significant advantages in terms of low latency, high flexibility, strong security, experience consistency, and on-demand customization.

He Chaoxi, founder and CEO of Sangfor Technology Co., Ltd. believes that cloud computing has become the best choice for users to build IT, but currently the main cloud mode for users is public cloud and private cloud. These two modes cannot meet the needs of all users.

In particular, non-technological enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises often face the dilemma of "digital equal rights" in the process of going to the cloud.

He Chaoxi believes that a managed cloud with the advantages of both public and private clouds can help non-technological enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises obtain "digital equal rights" and enjoy the dividends brought by digital technology. It may become the third choice for users to go to the cloud.

Difficulties in transformation

Wu Jiang, a senior engineer at the Communication and Network Division of the Information Center of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of China, believes that there are some problems in the digital transformation of agricultural and rural areas, such as the lagging of rural infrastructure construction, the lack of economical and practical agricultural production intelligent equipment and technology, and data security challenges. Getting bigger and bigger.

Chen Xiaohu, general manager of the Information Technology Department of China United Insurance Group Co., Ltd., also mentioned that in the process of digital transformation, the financial industry pays great attention to security and stability, and needs to balance business openness and data security and controllability.

Feng Haibao, general manager of the information management department of CCCC First Navigation Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd., believes that digital transformation of enterprises often encounters obstacles in concept, network security and infrastructure, innovation and stability.

In response to the above problems, Cao Xinchi, CTO of Sangfor Technology Co., Ltd. believes that core issues such as data security, data controllability, and data compliance can be used with security products and safe and controllable cloud computing models, such as managed cloud, etc. Regulations and other solutions to solve the problem.

At the technical level, Cao Xinchi divides digital transformation into three stages: the initial users mainly focus on improving the efficiency of internal processes through information technology, virtualization/hyper-convergence technology can be used to achieve the standardization and integration of IT infrastructure; digital transformation In the mature period, IT needs to undertake digital innovation applications, and it is necessary to build a digital transformation platform; when digital transformation enters the deep water zone, the underlying IT gradually assumes the responsibilities of the "innovation center". Only a hybrid cloud and multi-cloud IT architecture can meet the complex needs of users. Digital needs.
