After the accident, local leaders in Fuxin and relevant departments such as emergency management, fire protection, public security, and ecological environment rushed to the rescue as soon as possible. At present, the scene has been effectively controlled.
It is understood that the sewage treatment plant and some of the surrounding factory buildings and residential houses have glass cracks. The accident did not cause significant property damage, no deaths or serious injuries, 2 minor injuries were hospitalized for treatment, and 15 minor injuries were observed in hospital. Other medical personnel have left the hospital, and the cause of the accident is under investigation.
