A few days before the start of the competition, Europe 1, the official radio station of Roland-Garros, is once again joining this essential international sporting event.

From May 30 to June 13, listeners will live to the rhythm of this highly anticipated event on the air thanks to a special device.

EVENT

During this sporting fortnight, around twenty programs will be offered from the Europe 1 studio located in the heart of the legendary Porte d'Auteuil stadium.

Listeners will meet with Corinne Boulloud, Joanna Chabas and Axel May for hourly points on the competition as well as during the mid-day and evening editions.

7 am-9am - Europe Morning:

Every morning at 8:35 am, listeners will find the "Roland-Garros newspaper" in the morning sessions of Matthieu Belliard and Pierre de Vilno (6-9 am on weekends).

The opportunity to come back to the surprises, the performances, the disappointments of the day before before looking at the match of the day.

On Sunday May 30, Guy Forget, tournament director, will kick off the competition, and will be Pierre de Vilno's guest in Europe morning weekend.

Monday May 31, Matthieu Belliard will be live from the center court of Roland-Garros.

At 7.40 am, he will meet with the headliners of the tournament during a “Tête-à-tête” which promises to be exceptional.

9 am-11am - Media culture: 

Friday June 4, Philippe Vandel and his team are interested in the way in which the media talk about the tournament, France Televisions in particular.

They will receive the presenter Laurent Luyat, and the consultants Justine Henin and Julien Benneteau. 

11 a.m.-12.30 p.m. - It feels good:

Thursday June 3, Anne Roumanoff and her columnists will host Gérard Holtz, journalist, sports commentator and legendary television host, live from Roland-Garros, as well as Pierre-Paul from the rap group 47TER.

1 p.m.-2 p.m. - France is on the move: 

From May 31 to June 2 and June 7 and 8, Elisabeth Assayag and Emmanuel Duteil take La France bouge to Roland-Garros.

They will devote their programs to the entire tennis ecosystem: from equipment to partners.

On Monday May 31, they will receive Ghani Yalouz, director of INSEP, Jean-Philippe Acensi, founder of the Agency for Education through Sport, Christian Desriac, president of the Emeraude tennis club in Dinard, the oldest club in tennis from France, Paul Charton, founder of Chiron IT and Yves Fantou, manager of a family meat cutting business in Dol-de-Bretagne.

3 p.m. - 4 p.m. - Without Appointment: 

Doctor Jimmy Mohamed and Mélanie Gomez will deliver good practices for taking care of yourself: "When our hearts are racing, whether on a tennis court or in life", with cardiologist Xavier Jouven.

"What should you put on your plate to be efficient and in good health?", With the doctor-nutritionist Catherine Lacrosnière.

Or "How to avoid aches, cramps, blisters and especially treat them?".

Every day, during the fortnight, in the company of their guests, they will give their advice to the listeners.

Without forgetting "La chronicle sexo" by Catherine Blanc.

6 pm-8pm - Europe Evening: 

Julian Bugier will be live from Roland-Garros on Monday 31 May and Thursday 3 June, as well as Monday 7 and Thursday 10 June.

Every evening, at 7.40 p.m., listeners have an appointment with Cédric Pioline, consultant of the station, former French number 1 and ex-5th in the world, semi-finalist at Roland Garros in 1998 and double finalist in Grand Slam, at the helm of "Pioline service".

On the program: a summary of the highlights of the day, the anecdotes of the day or the backstage of the competition. 

In the 18-20 of Sunday, May 30, Wendy Bouchard will receive Gilles Moretton, the new president of the French Tennis Federation. 

Weekends from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. - Europe 1 Sport: 

Lionel Rosso will offer, throughout the competition, 4 specials from Roland-Garros, Sunday May 30, Saturday June 5 and Sunday June 6, as well as Wednesday June 9 between 8 p.m. and 11 p.m.

The opportunity to come back to the major matches of the tournament and the competition which brings together the greatest players in the discipline.

The listeners club of Europe 1 will offer two listeners to win two places for the final of the tournament.

The regulations will be available on Europe 1.fr from May 31.
