Etihad Airways said that all passengers traveling to Egypt with Etihad Airways must perform a Covid-19 "BCR analysis", in order to obtain a negative result in order to allow them to travel and enter Egypt.


The Egyptian Prime Minister Mustafa Madbouly announced yesterday evening the ban on entry to Egypt by land, sea and air without the traveler being accompanied by a negative analysis of Covid-19. And excluded the Egyptian decision arriving by direct airlines to the airports of Sharm el-Sheikh, Hurghada, Marsa Alam, Taba and Marsa Matrouh, with their travel ban to any other governorate inside Egypt


A spokesman for Etihad Al-Tabaran, in response to the inquiries of the Emirates today, said that a previous Covid-19 "BCR" examination is a mandatory condition for traveling to Cairo on Etihad Airways from any international airport inside or outside Abu Dhabi. Any government-approved medical facility within a maximum of 96 hours before the flight departure time before traveling to Cairo.


The traveler must fill out an approval form, available for download in both English and Arabic, and submit the special form to an Etihad employee at Abu Dhabi Airport.
