During the summer holidays, Europe 1 goes all week to a family amusement park in the Vosges, to meet those who bring the park to life.
Direction this Thursday the kitchens, and in particular those of the Lucky Burger where Morgane, supervisor of the restaurant, works.
"My name is Morgane, I'm 23, this is my eighth season," explains the supervisor of the Lucky Burger restaurant at the Fraispertuis amusement park in the Vosges.
“Hello, I would like a cheeseburger menu,” a customer told him at noon.
“Okay, a Lucky menu, the drink please?” asks the young woman, restaurant supervisor, who summarizes the order.
“It will cost you 46.60 euros,” Morgane announces to the client.

The pace is accelerating more and more.
"Here we go, another good hour and a half I think. At the moment, we are more on 2 p.m.," explains Morgane.
13 kilometers traveled in one day
“What do you want for sauce? We have ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard …”, lists the supervisor, sharp.
"It's true that the first few times, it makes you a little hungry and eventually you quickly get into the habit of eating afterwards and for once, you walk a lot, a lot", she assures, emphasizing that on the day of yesterday, she had walked 13 kilometers.
"It's a sport!" She comments.

"Here is your receipt", she told her client, "you have the order number 104. I'll let you wait a little on the side, we'll call you as soon as it's ready".
Morgane is well equipped to do her daily activity: "My sneakers are brand new, we use them a lot here! There, they are gone until the end, that's for sure".
For her, it will be a tomato and melon salad, far from the hamburgers served in this restaurant.
"It's very cool, because it's a little hot, it's true."
