Egypt .. Referring the judge accused of killing Shaima Gamal and his partner to the Mufti

Today, Tuesday, the Giza Criminal Court referred Judge Ayman Hajjaj and his friend Hussein Al-Garabli, accused of killing the journalist Shaima Gamal, the wife of the first, and burying her body inside a farm in the Badrashin area to the Grand Mufti of the Republic, to take the legal opinion on their execution.

The lawyer stepped down from defending the first accused, saying: "After we were able to see the case of the counselor accused of killing his wife and the motive behind it, I decided to leave the defense team."

The Public Prosecution had referred the two accused, Ayman Abdel Fattah Mohamed Hajjaj, and Hussein Mohamed Ibrahim Al-Garabli, who are in pretrial detention, to the Giza Criminal Court in the case of accusing them of committing the premeditated murder of Shaima Gamal.
