The protocol stipulated the reopening of massage services, spa services, and spa services in hotel facilities, inside shopping centers, and a list of health resorts, women's salons, and barbershops outside shopping centers, and each of the following was excluded from the reopening decision: rooms and saunas, ice rooms, rooms Inhalation, jacuzzi, hot bath, Moroccan bath, Turkish bath.

The protocol provides for the reopening of summer and spring camps, and includes all summer camps that operate in all facilities, including children's centers, schools, hotels, sports clubs, gyms, libraries, and arts centers, while nurseries are excluded from the reopening of the camps.
 The protocol also included the reopening of the amusement parks covered along the lines of the img adventure world, with the exception of activities that require face-to-face interviews, activities, live entertainment, parties, parades and social gatherings.
