He reviewed the tireless efforts made by the authority in the field of health regulation, the licensing mechanism for individuals and health facilities, and the authority's oversight role on health facilities to ensure their commitment to implementing international standards in the services provided to customers.

 Dr. Al-Mulla explained the procedures and facilities provided by the authority to meet the needs of individual investors and facilitate their obtaining professional licenses through the “Shirian” system for registering and licensing medical facilities and professions in the Emirate of Dubai.

 He said that the procedures for obtaining licenses to practice the profession will be through submitting an electronic application to the health organization administration that evaluates the certificates and verifies their validity in cooperation with the competent authorities in this field, and conducting electronic exams for applicants who wish to obtain a license to practice the profession.

With regard to health facilities licenses, Dr. Al Mulla called upon those wishing to obtain these licenses to apply online to the Dubai Health Authority in this regard, where the application is reviewed and ascertained to the extent that it meets the requirements and conditions of the license and the extent to which the information matches the reality and the issuance of initial and final approvals after fulfilling all licensing requirements and conditions.

Dr. Al-Mulla said that the registration system of health practitioners and medical facilities (Shiryan), has contributed effectively to improving the experience of internal and external customers, in all stages of licensing, inspection and control of health facilities, pointing to the ease and speed of access to the service via smart channels, to meet the individual needs of each A client, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations when providing services.
