He added: "The process of closing insurance reimbursement requests, which takes two working days, contributes to providing liquidity to companies and attracting more new investments in the state." He pointed out that the improvements that have been made to the platform of smart reinsurance system contributed to the reinsurance and guarantees of customers quickly and accurately. Transparency, the system also supports many functional capabilities, including the submission of claims 24 hours a day, seven days, a central unit for handling claims, automatic verification of claims during submission, follow-up of the status of the submission of documents, facilities for requesting an extension of the validity time of exports, and facilities for following up on the status of claims.

According to Dubai Customs, the value of insurance recovered for the first half of this year amounted to 2.44 billion dirhams.
