In order to quickly and effectively stop the spread of the epidemic and protect the health and safety of the general public, we hereby further strengthen personnel management and control work as follows:
1. Strict personnel travel management.
Accurately implement hierarchical and classified management and control measures, strictly implement the management and control requirements of key epidemic-related areas, and keep people in closed areas from leaving their homes; if the general public does not need to leave Dongguan or the province, they must hold 48 hours if they do not need to leave Dongguan or leave the province. Negative nucleic acid test certificate; Party and government agencies, enterprises and institutions, schools and travel agencies at all levels take the lead in implementing non-essential requirements for not leaving Dongguan and not leaving the province.
2. Strictly prevent and control traffic travel.
Roads, railways, ports and docks and other transportation stations should strengthen the guidance of the flow of people, avoid crowds, and carefully check passenger information; all kinds of public transportation, taxis, and online car-hailing should strictly implement prevention and control measures such as wearing masks, ventilation and disinfection, and do Good personal protection of staff; various types of public transportation should implement prevention and control requirements such as temperature detection, bright code travel, and prohibition of red and yellow code personnel from riding.
3. Strict isolation control.

4. Strictly cooperate with nucleic acid testing.
Relevant people are requested to actively cooperate with nucleic acid testing to ensure that all tests are required, no one is missed, to comply with the on-site order of the testing point, and to implement prevention and control measures such as wearing masks and keeping a distance of more than one meter.
5. Strictly control gathering activities.
Meetings, trainings, and events should be conducted online as much as possible, and offline large-scale events should be minimized. If it is really necessary to hold, the offline scale should be reduced, the number of people controlled, and various epidemic prevention and control measures should be implemented in accordance with the principle of "who holds it, who is responsible.
