The report stated that after receiving reports from the masses, the Yongkang Comprehensive Law Enforcement Bureau, together with law enforcement officers from the Municipal Public Security Bureau, the Municipal Market Supervision Bureau and other departments, went to the back kitchen and warehouse of the Dayu hot pot restaurant to investigate on-site.
In the warehouse of Dayu Hot Pot Restaurant at No. 26 Yingpan Road, Xicheng Street, a barrel of half-meal kitchen waste oil was stored on site.
The staff of Dayu Hotpot said that the waste oil disposal company of the off-site kitchen contracted by it had not cleared it in time, and the hot pot restaurant had just opened, so they temporarily stored the waste kitchen oil (hot pot bottom) in the warehouse.
The joint law enforcement officers asked the person in charge of the Dayu hot pot restaurant to immediately make rectifications and go to the law enforcement bureau for investigation.
After investigation, the Dayu Hotpot Restaurant handed over the kitchen waste to Baolong Property for disposal by Yongkang Weiming Kitchen Renewable Resources Co., Ltd., which legally disposes of kitchen waste in Yongkang City, but entrusted the kitchen waste oil to Shengzhou Hangzhou in violation of regulations.
