The events should have happened in 2019. At one point, the resident threw a knife at a staff member on the property. Thereafter, the person has gone into physical assault against several other residents of the dementia residence. Several residents have shown concern in connection with the events by isolating themselves to a greater extent in their own apartments rather than staying in public spaces.
Emma Carlsson, SAS (socially responsible socio- nomist) in Jönköping Municipality, writes in the report:
"All residents of the dementia unit are affected by threats and violence and outgoing behavior during this longer period, which SAS considers to be a serious miscarriage according to lex Sarah."
Emma Carlsson further writes in the report that she believes that a similar event could occur in the business again.
