“We are expecting a delegation from Heidelberg (a city in southwestern Germany),” he told RIA Novosti.

The delegation arrives as part of the development of twinning relations between Heidelberg and Simferopol.

Another delegation from Germany intends to visit Crimea in November as part of the Children's Diplomacy project, the agency said.
