Three months after shutting down the country, and its reforms due to Covid-19, Emmanuel Macron opened a new phase of deconfinement this Sunday by talking about the emergency subjects linked to the crisis, starting with the third stage of deconfinement planned for June 22 and its main challenges: the reopening of restaurants in Île-de-France and the relaxation of rules in schools. The head of state also returned to the anger of the police in recent days.

All of mainland France enters the "green zone" from June 15
Emmanuel Macron completed the deconfinement earlier than expected by announcing that all of France will go "green" from Monday, June 15, except in Guyana and Mayotte where the virus is still circulating. "We will be able to turn the page on the first act from tomorrow on the whole territory" except in Guyana and Mayotte, he announced.
Reopening of café restaurants in Île-de-France
As of June 15, cafes and other restaurants that were previously limited to their terrace can fully reopen. It was a decision eagerly awaited by a whole profession which pointed out a too strict sanitary protocol to bring to a profitability.
Schools and colleges to welcome all students from June 22
Another much awaited decision, that of the relaxation of health measures at school. The president maintained the date of June 22, the end of phase 2 of confinement, before any release.
