In France, a state of natural disaster has been declared for 55 municipalities, mainly in the South-East.

This is where Emmanuel Macron went on Wednesday.

He announced several measures for the reconstruction of the various valleys and spoke to the 8 pm newspaper to assure them of the solidarity of the State.
