In France, a state of natural disaster has been declared for 55 municipalities, mainly in the South-East.
This is where Emmanuel Macron went on Wednesday.
He announced several measures for the reconstruction of the various valleys and spoke to the 8 pm newspaper to assure them of the solidarity of the State.

He said reassuring words that are not enough to date to erase my concern because I see what we had, I see what we have lost.
I admit that it will take more than words for me to be truly reassured and optimistic for the future.

The elected officials of the department are claiming up to one billion euros, and released quickly, to rebuild roads and bridges.
