"Starting from June 17, the entire Central Federal District - Moscow, Kaluga, Tula, Smolensk, Ryazan, Bryansk, Kursk, Lipetsk, Belgorod, Voronezh regions - will be at the mercy of a well-defined anticyclone, and the ultraviolet radiation index will exceed 6 units", - quoted by TASS scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center Roman Vilfand.

According to him, the increase in solar activity is associated, among other things, with the approach of the solar solstice.

He noted that the day of June 21 will be especially dangerous from the point of view of ultraviolet radiation.

Earlier, dermatologist Irina Skorogudaeva recalled the dangers of prolonged exposure to the open sun.
