The global coronavirus epidemic has resulted in the cancellation of major cultural events. But some institutions have insisted on maintaining their operations. This is the case of the French Institute which organizes each year, at the time of the Cannes festival, and in partnership in particular with France Medias Monde (FMM), the Cinema Factory. For 12 years, young directors and producers from 60 countries have been able to come to Cannes to meet professionals to edit their first feature film. And this year, Covid-19 obliges, the Factory stands, but on the internet.
