The number of Covid-19 cases has been falling for several weeks, but to anticipate the fall period, which is conducive to an increase in contamination, new vaccines targeting Omicron sub-variants should soon arrive.

Two new vaccines approved for September
The European Medicines Agency aims to authorize this new serum by the fall, a period when there should be a new peak in contamination.
Ahead of this vaccine, authorities are expected to approve two new vaccines sometime in September.
Pfizer and Moderna have developed a serum with the original Covid strain and Omicron's first subvariant, BA.1.

Finally, to complete the range of vaccines offered, the Ministry of Health confirmed last month the arrival of a French vaccine, Sanofi, and another from the Spanish laboratory Hipra.
Both would be used as a booster dose, but for the moment, no marketing date has been communicated.
