The updated situation in Italy and in the world



There are 12,877 Covid test positives identified in the last 24 hours, according to data from the Ministry of Health, yesterday there were 13,686.



They are instead 90 victims in a day, up from yesterday, when they were 51. The 90 victims to positive Covid recorded in the last 24 hours is the highest number from 1st June, when he counted 93. 



They are the 596,898 molecular and antigenic swabs carried out in the last 24 hours. Yesterday there were 557,180.



The positivity rate is 2.1%, down slightly from 2.4% yesterday.

On the other hand, there are 624 patients in intensive care in Italy, 18 more than yesterday in the balance between income and expenses.

The daily admissions are 68. The hospitalized with symptoms in the ordinary wards are 4,826, or 78 more than yesterday.

Finally, 6,451 have recovered since yesterday, a figure which brings the total to 4,682,318 since the beginning of the pandemic.



The region with the highest number of new cases in the last 24 hours is Veneto (2,113), then Lombardy (1,926), Emilia-Romagna (1,273), Lazio (1,204) and Campania (1,154).
