The Minister of Health, Speranza, has already given the green light for the government to share the ordinances of the three regions, awaiting the official yes of the executive shortly.

Emilia Romagna

In addition to the closure of shops on holidays, the closure of medium and large sales areas, including all commercial complexes, was ordered on the day before holidays and holidays.

Only one member per family unit may enter the shops and any sales establishment, without prejudice to the need to accompany people with difficulties or children under 14.

No markets in public or private areas unless there are Municipal Plans that provide specific rules The consumption of food and drinks is always prohibited in a public area or open to the public, while from 3 to 6 pm the administration and consumption can only take place sitting outside and inside the premises, and in 'regularly placed' places.

On the other hand, the sale with home delivery is always allowed and is "strongly recommended".

Veneto

The "correct use of the mask" is compulsory in Veneto outside the home, except for children under 6 years old, those who perform intense sporting activities, the disabled and assistants.

This was established by the ordinance of the Region illustrated by the president Luca Zaia.

In case of lowering to eat or smoke, the distance of one meter must be ensured.

The use is compulsory in public means of transport, and in private ones if there are no cohabitants.

The ordinance is valid from tomorrow to December 3, throughout the Veneto region.

In addition, one person per family can enter the shops, except to accompany people with difficulties or children under 14.

In shopping centers and supermarkets, the ordinance indicates to favor the access of the elderly over 65 in the first two hours of opening.

The open-air market is forbidden except in the Municipalities where the mayors have prepared a plan that provides for the perimeter of the outdoor area, a single entrance and an exit, there is a surveillance that checks the distances, the gathering and access control.

In bars and restaurants, food and drinks can be served from 3 to 6 pm, it is not consumed standing from that time but only seated.

In addition, shopping centers and outlets are closed on Saturdays and Sundays, with the exception of pharmacies, supermarkets, newsagents and tobacconists, which remain open.

Sports activity is allowed in peripheral areas and not in the city center with a distance of at least two meters.

No blocking of mobility between municipalities.

But it is not allowed to walk in the streets and squares of the historic centers of cities and in crowded areas.

Friuli, Fedriga: "Early hours of the day shops reserved for the elderly"

Also in Emilia Romagna and Friuli Venezia Giulia we invite "to guarantee in the form of a recommendation access to commercial establishments of large and medium-sized sales structures in the first two hours of the day to the elderly "explains the president of the Fvg Massimiliano Fedriga.

"It is not that an over 65 cannot go shopping at different times - Fedriga pointed out - but we try to guarantee protected bands. It is not a limitation, but a recommendation that we make to businesses to organize themselves and encourage reserved entry into first two hours of opening of the shops ".

The measure concerns large businesses, "let's not talk about neighborhood shops".
