September 16, 2021 There are currently 728 doctors suspended for not having vaccinated. From the beginning, the suspensions were 936, of which 208 were then revoked because the health workers have regularized the situation, communicating the vaccination.
Up to now there are 55 Orders that have communicated at least one suspension to Fnomceo (National Federation of Orders of Surgeons and Dentists). We read it in a note.

"The number of colleagues who are regularizing their position regarding anti-Covid vaccination is increasing: today there are a total of 936 medical suspensions by the registers of Italian doctors' associations. Our estimate is that in total they should be 1,500 doctors still not immunized, 0.3% of the total. But from what we are seeing in the last period, I believe that 30% of colleagues who have not yet done so will be vaccinated within the year ". This was stated by Filippo Anelli, president of Fnomceo, commenting on the update of the data on doctors suspended because they were not immunized. The Federation, which gradually receives notification of the suspensions from the provincial Orders, today received notifications from 55 Orders out of a total of 106.
"Some situations are occurring concerning colleagues who have not been vaccinated for health reasons - continues Anelli - I am making an appeal instead to those who still have doubts but thus risk not working anymore: do not throw away a degree in Medicine, especially in a moment of emergency where the contribution of all doctors is needed. ".
