As specified, the last court ruled to arrest the head of the UGIBDD of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, Alexei Semyonov.
The meetings were held behind closed doors.
Earlier, the court arrested the assistant to the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Sergei Umnov, in the case of abuse of power, and also arrested a retired major general, ex-deputy head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, Ivan Abakumov.
