Coronavirus: 19,350 positives, 785 deaths and 180,000 swabs

Today's data in Italy: 19,350 positives, 785 deaths and 180 thousand swabs. They were provided today, at 5 pm, at the headquarters of the Ministry of Health, by the president of the Istituto Superiore di Sanità, Silvio Brusaferro, and by the general director of Prevention of the Ministry of Health, Gianni Rezza, during a press conference on analysis of the epidemiological situation. "The virus has not changed, the encouraging data we see depend on the measures taken: the virus circulates less. If we relax the measures we go back", Rezza reiterated.

"Compared to a week or two ago we have an improving but not good situation, because we are still at very high levels, we have a Rt that is falling but with a still high number of positives", said Rezza.

"Compared to the number of tampons made - he added - we are just above 10%, a fairly critical threshold. The number of deaths is high, these are less sensitive to daily fluctuations. People who have a poor prognosis there are are, these deaths occur not the day after the onset of symptoms but a few weeks later ".

Today the hospitalized with symptoms in Italy are a total of 32,811, compared to yesterday -376.

In intensive care there are 3,663, compared to the previous day -81.

In home isolation 743,471, equal to 8,069 less than yesterday.

The total of the currently positive is 779,945 compared to yesterday -8,526.

There are 784,595 people discharged and recovered, an increase of 27,088 units.

The deceased are 785 in the last 24 hours for a national total of 56,361.

The total cases are 1,620,901 (+19,350).

The swabs in the last 24 hours were 182,100 for a total of 22,127,199.

In

, 4,048 new infections are recorded.

The Veneto records a leap of 107 deaths of patients with Covid in the last 24 hours, which brings the total number of victims to 3,818.

There are 2,535 new infections, a small number if compared with those of the last few weeks, for a total of 148,127 infected since the beginning of the epidemic.

Currently positive subjects are 80,997 (+332).

A strongly negative figure is that of hospitalizations in the medical area, 2,706, 98 more than yesterday, while intensive care is decreasing, with 330 places occupied (-9).

New positives increase in Lazio.

"Today, out of almost 27 thousand swabs, there are 1,669 cases", announces the councilor for regional health, Alessio D'Amato.

Yesterday the new positives were 1,589 out of 20 thousand swabs performed.

The number of deaths is also growing: today there are 64, while yesterday there were 39. 868 healed in the last 24 hours.  

Today in Puglia 9,820 tests for Covid-19 coronavirus infection were recorded and 1,659 positive cases were recorded.

34 deaths were recorded.

Since the beginning of the emergency, 794,335 tests have been carried out.

14,696 are the patients recovered.

39,766 are currently positive cases.

The total of positive Covid cases in Puglia is 55,979.

Since the beginning of the coronavirus epidemic, 124,541 positive cases have been recorded in Emilia-Romagna, 1,471 more than yesterday, out of a total of 16,816 swabs performed in the last 24 hours.

The percentage of new positives on the number of tampons made is 8.7%.

There are 52 new deaths for a total of 5,805 since the start of the pandemic.

The control and prevention activity continues: of the newly infected, 712 are asymptomatic identified as part of the regional contact tracing and screening activities.

Overall, among the new positives 376 were already in isolation at the time of swab execution, 388 were identified within already known foci.

There are 1,113 new cases of coronavirus that have emerged in Campania in the last 24 hours from the analysis of 9,241 swabs.

The percentage of positive swabs out of the total swabs analyzed is 12%.

Of the 1,113 new positives, 90 are symptomatic and 1,023 are asymptomatic.

The total of positives in Campania since the beginning of the emergency is 156,432, while the total swabs examined are 1,595,400.

In today's bulletin of the Crisis Unit of the Campania Region there is the figure of 48 new deaths, but it is specified that these are 32 deaths that occurred in the last 48 hours and 16 deaths that occurred previously, but recorded yesterday.

There are 2,713 new healed: the total healed is 51,832.

Today 736 new infections have been detected in Friuli Venezia Giulia (10.71 percent of the 6,870 swabs performed) and 25 deaths from Covid-19.

This was announced by the deputy governor with responsibility for Health, Riccardo Riccardi.

The people who have tested positive for the virus in the region since the beginning of the pandemic amounted in all to 31,386.

The current cases of infection are 14,847.

The number of patients being treated in intensive care has risen to 62 and to 637 hospitalized in other departments.

The total deaths amounted to 863. The totally healed are 15,676, the clinically recovered 379 and the people in isolation 13,769.

21,895 cases of Covid-19 positivity ascertained overall in Sardinia since the beginning of the emergency.

In the latest update of the Regional Crisis Unit, 420 new cases are recorded, 249 detected through screening activities and 171 from suspected diagnosis.

There were 5 deaths (449 in all).

In total, 376,134 swabs were performed with an increase of 3,328 tests.

On the other hand, 583 patients are currently hospitalized in non-intensive wards (+3 compared), while the number of patients in intensive care is 68 (-2).

There are 13,626 people in home isolation.

The progressive number of positive cases includes 7,755 (+317) patients recovered, plus another 65 clinically recovered.

There are 396 new coronavirus cases ascertained in the last hours in Abruzzo.

3,901 swabs emerged from the analysis: 10.15% of the samples were positive.

The figure is down compared to those of the last few weeks: from 27 October onwards, daily infections had dropped only once below 400 units, on 6 November (395).

There are 13 deaths: the death toll rises to 906.

There are 144 positive cases reported today in Umbria.

The number of currently positives falls from 8,235 to 7,680.

There are 8 deaths registered for a total of 415. This was announced by the Region in the daily update of the data published on the site.

Two deaths, bringing the overall total to 317, and 1,265 current positive cases, -52 compared to yesterday, of which 123 hospitalized, 13 in intensive care, and 1129 in home isolation .

The total positive cases from the beginning of the emergency are 6535, + 25, the healed are 4953, + 75, the swabs carried out to date are 60.913, + 478.
