Patients and their families who have died or suffered side effects after being vaccinated against COVID-19 have filed a constitutional complaint.



The Corona 19 Vaccine Victims' Family Council (Kobaekhoe) held a press conference in front of the Constitutional Court in Jongno-gu, Seoul today (28th) and said, "The legislative omission of not enacting the criteria for recognition of causality between vaccination and damage, whether there is causality between vaccination and damage. "A legislative omission that is not enacted with the intention that the burden of proof is borne by the Director of the Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is unconstitutional," he argued.



Chairman Kim Doo-kyung of Koh Baek-hoe said, "Blood tears flowed from the eyes of the victims who lost their families, and the families of the victims who participated in the national project gave up their livelihoods." Please review."



Kobaekhoe said that 360,000 people suffered side effects after being vaccinated against COVID-19, and the number of victims exceeded 1,170.



After the press conference, Kobaekhoe held a haircut ceremony for three members in protest.
