INTERVIEW

Is the economic emergency, in the aftermath of the health crisis triggered by the Covid-19, compatible with the proposals of the Citizen's Climate Convention, which notably calls for a strengthening of the ecological bonus-malus system on vehicles, or still the ban on screen advertising in public space? "We can very well face an economic crisis and, with the other part of our brain, deal with important, structural subjects", said Monday, in the morning of Europe 1, Agnès Pannier-Runacher, the secretary of 'State with the Minister of Economy and Finance.

"When we look in detail at these proposals, we recognize major axes of public policy on which the government seeks to accelerate," she said, referring in particular to thermal strainers or the conversion of polluting vehicles.
