Xu Xincheng, deputy director of the Chongqing Municipal Commission of Commerce, said that in order to improve the Chongqing service trade talent training system and solve the talent bottleneck problem that plagues the development of service trade, the Chongqing Municipal Commission of Commerce has launched the "base + enterprise + talent" project of service trade, namely Build about 10 service trade (outsourcing) talent training bases, connect with about 100 service trade companies, and train more than 3,000 high-end service trade talents.
At the same time, innovate the service trade talent training model, establish and improve the service trade talent training and training system guided by "demand customization, individual training, and supply-demand docking" to provide intellectual support for the development of service trade.
According to reports, among the 9 units identified as the Chongqing Service Trade (Outsourcing) Talent Training Base, Chongqing Step Software Vocational Training College, Chongqing Yuzhong Oriental Education and Training School, Chongqing Liangjiang New District Andao Service Outsourcing Software Vocational Training School, Chongqing Chinasoft Software Vocational Training School in High-tech Zone mainly conducts computer training, Chongqing Industrial Vocational and Technical College (Economics and Management College) mainly develops cloud computing big data training, Chongqing Vocational College of Finance and Economics, Chongqing Human Resources Development Service Center, Southwest University (Business and Trade) College) mainly conducts business service and business operation service training, and Chongqing Jiahe Vocational Training School mainly conducts cultural and creative training.
The 9 talent training bases began in July to carry out service trade (outsourcing) related training, focusing on information technology outsourcing, business process outsourcing, knowledge process outsourcing, culture, communication, information, finance, consulting, traditional Chinese medicine, intellectual property and other modern Service trade business and skills training.
The base builds a complete training system from training modes, curriculum settings, teaching materials development, teacher construction, training equipment and ability evaluation, and forms service outsourcing training courses with their own characteristics. It plans to complete the training of more than 200 people in service outsourcing related majors every year.
It is understood that in 2020, Chongqing’s total trade in services will reach 67.53 billion yuan, ranking second in the central and western regions. Among them, the offshore service outsourcing implementation value is 2.28 billion US dollars, ranking ninth in the country and second in the central and western regions. From January to August this year, Chongqing's service trade showed a steady and rapid recovery trend. Among them, the offshore service outsourcing executed value was US$1.21 billion, a year-on-year increase of 78.7%. Finance, information technology, digital trade, bonded R&D and design, inspection and maintenance and other emerging service trade accounted for more than 50%.
