China News Service, Beijing, April 7 (Reporter Zhao Jianhua) The Ministry of Finance, the General Administration of Customs, and the State Administration of Taxation jointly announced on the 7th the import tax policy of anti-HIV drugs for the period 2021-2030.

  From January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2030, import duties and import value-added tax on anti-HIV drugs commissioned by the National Health Commission will be exempted.

The list of anti-HIV drugs that enjoy the duty-free policy and the entrusted importer shall be determined by the National Health Commission and sent to the Ministry of Finance, General Administration of Customs, and State Administration of Taxation.

  On the same day, the Ministry of Finance and the General Administration of Customs also announced the tax policy for supporting the import of aviation equipment for civil aviation maintenance from 2021 to 2030.

From January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2030, to import civil aircraft design and manufacturing companies, Chinese domestic airlines, maintenance organizations, and aviation equipment distributors for maintenance aviation that cannot be produced in China or whose performance cannot meet the demand. The equipment is exempt from import duties.

  List management of duty-free imported aviation equipment is implemented, and the list is dynamically adjusted according to actual conditions.

Duty-free import entities shall apply to the customs for tax reduction and exemption procedures in accordance with relevant customs regulations.

  Among them, the maintenance aviation equipment refers to the equipment specially used for the maintenance of civil aircraft and civil aircraft components, including power plants (engines, auxiliary power units), landing gear and other components, as well as standard parts, raw materials and other consumable equipment.

Aviation equipment generally has airworthiness certification documents issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC), the United States Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), the Canadian Civil Aviation Administration (TCCA), and the Brazilian Civil Aviation Administration or Russia , Ukraine and other civil aviation manufacturing and maintenance units issued resumes.

Standard parts and raw materials with product qualification certificates issued by the manufacturing unit also belong to the scope of aviation equipment.
