She added: “Our message to aspiring athletes, men and women, is that failure is an important aspect of the journey to success.

Unless you experience failure, you will not be real heroes.”

And when we became professional, we trained six days a week for 12 hours a day.

And we had a difficult schedule, because repetition is necessary to master the gymnastics routine.”

“We retired after winning the gold at the Tokyo 2020 Summer Olympics, and we have more freedom to do anything, unlike in the past, when we were under pressure to train.

Now, we can enjoy some activities, including using our presence in (Expo Dubai) to visit the pavilions of different countries, and eat ice cream at the international event.”
