In order to increase the vaccination rate of children and adolescents, the SAR Government provides various channels to facilitate schools to arrange group vaccinations, including arranging mobile vaccination stations or outreach teams to schools, group appointments to community vaccination centers or students designated by the Department of Health of the SAR Government Health Service Center, etc.

The SAR Government will also reserve places for schools to make group appointments at some vaccination centers to facilitate schools.

　　Lin Zhengyue said that as of the 17th, more than 290,000 children aged 3 to 11 in Hong Kong had received the first dose of the new crown vaccine, with a vaccination rate of 56.1%, and about 230,000 children had not yet been vaccinated.

She called on parents to take immediate action to arrange vaccinations for their young children to reduce the risk of severe illness or death if they contract the virus, and to create more favorable conditions for students to return to school and conduct various learning activities.
