Stralsund (dpa / mv) - In a film-like accident, a car "landed" on the roof in Stralsund on Thursday and the driver was injured.
As a police spokeswoman said, the 68-year-old had lost control of the hybrid vehicle in a curve.
The car skidded over a curb, hit a tree, toppled on its side and then lay on the dented roof.
The driver came to a clinic and the car was damaged by around 35,000 euros.
Hybrid vehicles are cars that have an internal combustion engine and an electric drive, usually with a shorter range.
The fire brigade secured the car, but it did not catch fire.
