A 48-year-old man was indicted for sexual assault and corruption of minors under 15 in Morbihan.

Bus driver in Pluvigner, between Vannes and Lorient, he is accused of having made little girls sit on his knees during school transport and of having had "inappropriate gestures and behavior" against them, indicates the prosecutor of the Republic of Lorient.

The facts would have occurred between February 2021 and June 2022. After a report, the gendarmes managed to identify the individual, without a criminal record.

During his police custody, he recognized "fairly broadly the reality of the offenses reported", specifies Stéphane Kellenberger.

Victims born between 2009 and 2014

At the end of the hearings, he was brought before the prosecution and indicted for sexual assault on four minor victims born between 2009 and 2014 and for corruption of minors on two victims.

The man was placed under judicial supervision with an obligation of care and a ban on exercising the profession of bus driver.

He is also prohibited from coming into contact with minors and from appearing at Pluvigner.

Psychological support will be set up in the town by the association France Victimes 56.
