[Explanation] In May 2020, a rare bronze pot with a goose head and curved neck was unearthed in Sanmenxia, Henan Province. Because of its graceful posture and the mysterious liquid containing more than 6 kilograms in the pot, it attracted the attention of everyone, and suspense has been buried since then.

On the afternoon of September 18, the reporter saw at the Institute of Cultural Relics and Archaeology in Sanmenxia City, Henan Province. The whole bronze pot with a curved neck and a goose head was pale green, with an elegant curved neck, and the goose's belly turned into a pot body.

The liquid in the glassware next to it was the mysterious liquid in the pot at that time, and the test results were also available recently.

After this thing came out, we contacted a researcher at the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences and asked him to come and take samples. The final test result was medicinal wine, which was used to stop bleeding (anti-inflammatory) in the early Western Han Dynasty.

[Explanation] It is understood that in order to cooperate with the transformation of shanty towns, since 2017, the Sanmenxia City Cultural Relics and Archaeology Institute has conducted archaeological exploration and excavation of the ancient tombs in Houchuan Village, and discovered more than 600 tombs from the Warring States Period to the modern period.

In May of this year, a bronze pot with a curved neck with a goose head was unearthed at the archaeological site of the second phase of the Yellow River Jiayuan in the ancient tombs of Houchuan Village.

【Explanation】According to the actual measurement by archaeologists, the tomb is in the early Western Han Dynasty, and the owner of the tomb should be a man about 1.8 meters tall.

The men's tombs also unearthed bronze, jade, pottery, iron, etc.

Among them, bronze wares include bronze mirrors, bronze seals, bronze basins, bronze ornaments, etc. The iron sword is equipped with a jade sword made of 4 jade ornaments.

Now that the tomb has unearthed jade and bronze mirrors, including some weapons, such as swords, it is judged that (the owner of the tomb) may be an officer.

He himself has a lot of burial objects, and some of his own utensils are also more exquisite. Just like the medicinal wine identified today, his life is more particular.

[Explanation] Why can the medicinal wine in the bronze pot with goose head and curved neck last for more than 2,000 years?

Li Yongtao made a judgment based on the excavation site at that time.

The goose has a bent neck, which may hinder volatilization a little, and the other may have a cork on it, but it is gone when excavated.

When we dug the tomb itself, the tomb itself was already covered with soil, basically a closed space. It was standing at the time and it did not fall.

When it is in a closed condition, the liquid in it may experience thousands of years, or it may not completely evaporate for a long time.
