Britney Spears' father has still not brought any document to explain to justice how he managed his daughter's fortune when he was her legal guardian, nor how he was paid with the income generated by his career .
The Los Angeles Superior Court has received a motion filed by Matthew Rosengart, the artist's lawyer, claiming that Jamie Spears is simply... "in hiding".
"Mr. Spears can run away, but he can't always hide from his legal and fiduciary obligations," reads the document, relayed by Deadline.
“His obstructions did not prevent the truth from coming to light;
they only forced the parties to expend unnecessary resources in a long battle to get him to comply with the law.
But, after using his daughter's money for more than 13 years to fund her legal costs and expenses, for the first time, Mr. Spears will now have to pay his own legal costs," adds the lawyer, who believes to "more than 6 million dollars" the amount of suspicious payments.

This motion comes almost two months to the day before the start of a “mini-trial” in the legal war between Britney Spears and her father.
The court will have to rule on suspicion that Jamies Spears placed a microphone in her daughter's room to spy on her, during the 13 years of her guardianship.
