Nacer Bouhanni​ was forced to retire after a very big fall in the final of the 2nd stage of the Tour of Turkey, on a long straight line by the sea. The fault of an unconscious walker who was walking on the left side of the road without ever being called to order by a steward who will do it himself too late, thus helping to bring down the former Cofidis sprinter, who was mowed down at full speed at the same time as his teammate Kevin Ledanois who was able to to share out.
