Another remarkably organized race (no).

Nacer Bouhanni was forced to retire after a very big fall in the final of the 2nd stage of the Tour of Turkey, on a long straight line by the sea. The fault of an unconscious walker who was walking on the left side of the road without ever being called to order by a steward who will do it himself too late, thus helping to bring down the former Cofidis sprinter, who was mowed down at full speed at the same time as his teammate Kevin Ledanois who was able to to share out.

It must be said that nothing seemed to indicate the passage of a cycle race on the road in question, and that the very limited number of spectators should not have alerted our man, who we still wish to be got out without a hitch.

Just like Nacer Bouhanni and the other runners on the ground.

Following a fall in the peloton, Nacer Bouhanni was taken to hospital and abandoned the Tour of Turkey.

KĂ©vin Ledanois also present in the fall, was able to start again.

More information to come!
