A body with an iron cord wrapped around his waist was found in a reservoir, and the police launched an investigation.
The Cheongyang Police Station in Chungcheongnam-do said yesterday (13th) at 11:49 a.m., a worker who was working on an optical cable installation on the road near the Chilgap Reservoir in Cheongyang-gun discovered a dead body that had risen above the reservoir and reported it to the police.
It was investigated that the body had a 0.5cm thick wire wound around the waist and a tool weighing 60kg was tied.
Accordingly, the police are conducting a full-scale investigation focusing on the possibility of criminal involvement.
Police are concentrating their investigation efforts on identifying the body while securing a closed-circuit TV around the reservoir.
However, it is known that the corruption is so severe that it is difficult for the police to verify the identity.
