Bob Sinclar will mix for a good cause. The French DJ will be on Monday at the top of the Arc de Triomphe in Paris for an exceptional concert, in order to raise funds for the fight against the new coronavirus.
“The live will start at 8:02 pm, just after the applause from the caregivers and will be broadcast live […]. We are counting on your virtual presence and your donations ”, indicated the Cercle Music platform, which produces and retransmits electro music concerts from unusual places.
A performance prohibited to the public
To avoid any gathering, the organizers clarified that this performance, in collaboration with the Center des monuments nationaux français, "is prohibited to the public", and "neither sound nor light will be perceptible from Place de l'Etoile", located at near the Arc de Triomphe in the French capital.
The ambition of this project is to collect funds and donate them in full to the NGO Médecins Sans Frontières, the Fondation de France and the One-O-One endowment fund, in the fight against Covid-19 disease. .
