BMW M4 & M3 -
DR
The BMW M3 and M4 will both come in two trims: Normal (but a lot of fun, you'll understand) and Competition.
Depending on the version selected, the twin-turbo inline-six sends 480 or 510 hp to the wheels.
On which wheels?
This is where it gets interesting.
The base M3 and M4 will receive a 6-speed manual transmission and their 480 hp will be sent… to the rear wheels only.
The Competition versions will automatically be marketed with the 8-speed automatic transmission, but here too, all the cavalry will go through the rear!
The four-wheel drive M xDrive transmission (but which can be switched to 2-wheel drive mode) will not be available until summer 2021.

More pistardous than ever?
New features include the M Drive Professional pack, which offers a “Track” driving mode, as well as the M Race Track Pack, which includes, in particular, new carbon seats and M carbon-ceramic brakes.
This last option costs almost… 16,000 €, but it should make the happiness of the amateurs - fortunate - of track-days.

The launch is scheduled for March 2021 but the prices of the Competition versions have already been revealed on the BMW configurator.
Count 101,999 € for the M3,104,550 € for the M4.
