“We have officially requested from the EC a long-term macro-financial program to ensure sustainable financing in the coming years,” RIA Novosti quoted Buts as saying.

According to him, the administration of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has already begun negotiations with the EU regarding the amount of financial assistance and the conditions for its provision.

It is noted that the new package of financial assistance may exceed € 1.2 billion allocated over the past two years.
