Since then, no new date has been communicated for the deployment of this measure.
The problem explaining the delay would be technical, indicates for its part the ministry.
The measure was to concern certain interventions by the police on departmental and municipal roads.
This device would only concern blood alcohol tests, over a period of two hours, as well as important events, such as a kidnapping or an attack, for a period of twelve hours.
If the applications concerned do not comply with this regulation, they could be fined 30,000 euros and two years in prison.
