Blinken called a Russian company a source of goods for the DPRK's missile program

"The relationship between Oh Yong Ho, Roman Anatolyevich Alar and Parsek LLC is a key source of goods and technology ... for the DPRK's missile program," Blinken said in a statement on the State Department's website.

According to him, a citizen of the DPRK Oh Yeon Ho in 2016-2021 collaborated with Parsek on the procurement of Kevlar thread, aramid fiber, aviation fuel, bearings and high-precision milling machines.

Earlier, the United States imposed restrictions on the Russian company Parsek and Russian citizen Roman Alar, whom Washington considers to be involved in violating the sanctions policy against the DPRK.
