Biathlon World Cup in Le Grand-Bornand

PURSUIT H (12.5 km)

It was therefore not until biathlon returned to France that Johannes Boe became great again.

Barely since the start of the season with only one podium,

the Norwegian flew over the Grand-Bornand sprint on

Thursday, signing his 53rd World Cup victory.

He will start as the big favorite for the fourth pursuit of his career in the Haute-Savoie resort, after winning the first three.

Behind, his young compatriot Filip Fjeld Andersen (3rd Thursday) and the Russian Eduard Latypov (2nd) will of course be one to watch.

Fingers crossed for the French, in particular Quentin Fillon-Maillet (4th) and Emilien Jacquelin (7th), imperial on skis but much less on shooting.
