The link that appears on the poster sends him to a very real page on the British government site.

This page, entitled “payment of damage caused by vaccines”, describes the conditions for obtaining compensation after a vaccination.

However, a citizen cannot receive £120,000 simply because they have not been "informed of the health risks posed by Covid-19 vaccines".

Only people who have become “severely disabled” as a result of vaccination can receive this sum.

The vaccination must have been done in the UK and there are age limits for claiming this payment.

Receiving this payment does not prevent legal proceedings.

In France, it is the Oniam (national medical accident compensation office) which is responsible for examining the requests of people who have received the vaccine against Covid-19.

This is an amicable settlement, without going through a court.

This public establishment, placed under the supervision of the Ministry of Health, can appoint an expert to verify the claim for compensation.

The organization has six months to respond to a request.

The NHS, the British health service, points out that “millions of people” have received a vaccine against Covid-19 and that reported cases of serious side effects “are very rare”.
