“The deputy chairman of Belneftekhim stated that Belarusian refineries buy oil at a price that is 85% of the world price, in 2021 it will amount to 88-90% of the world price,” the Belarusian agency said in a statement.
Earlier, the head of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, during a telephone conversation, turned to Russian President Vladimir Putin with a request for the possible acquisition of the Minsk oil field in Russia.
