According to epidemic prevention requirements, two runners who violated the rules were banned for life from the Beijing Marathon.
The specific decisions are as follows:
1. Ren Mouwei (ID number: 110111********5213), player No. A1390, tried to enter the expo site in violation of regulations when he knew that his health treasure was abnormal, seriously violating the relevant requirements for participating in the epidemic prevention.
After research, according to Article 13 of the thirteenth penalty method of the "2022 Shell Beijing Marathon Competition Regulations", the Beijing Marathon will be banned for life and reported to the Chinese Athletic Association for additional penalties;
2. Liu, No. E0879 (ID number: 230227********2674), did not complete the course according to the prescribed route, and entered the race after riding a shared bicycle from 6 kilometers to the 36.5 kilometers. Completed the competition in violation of the rules, seriously violated the relevant regulations of the competition, and caused adverse social impact.
After research, according to Article 6 of the thirteenth penalty method of the "2022 Shell Beijing Marathon Competition Regulations", the Beijing Marathon will be banned for life and reported to the Chinese Athletic Association for additional penalties.
The Beijing Marathon Organizing Committee will continue to investigate violations of the competition, and if confirmed, will be punished in accordance with the regulations.
